This year, Earth Day takes place during The Octave of Easter, Friday April 22, 2022 and is themed “Invest in Our Planet”. The Laudato Si’ Commission of the Diocese of Lexington has chosen to focus on the issues of water. Water is essential for life--generally, a person can live for a month or so without food, but only a few days without water-- and holds great importance in our rituals and symbols of our faith. Let us consider how we can invest in our planet by investing in clean water for all. May we remember the waters of baptism as we care for creation and the life sustaining water of Earth. Mary Queen will pray the Act of Consecration on Friday at the 8:15am and 7pm masses.

All BUILD Justice Ministry Network Members will be commissioned at the Masses March 26-27 as we are sent out to invite parishioners, family, friends, neighbors and coworkers to join us at the May 3 Nehemiah Action at the new Central Bank Center.

The Stations are located on the pillars to the entrance of the church. The first station has a QR code that can be scanned for the Stations of the Cross prayers.

Lent is here and each one of our parishes has the opportunity to participate in the vital CRS Rice Bowl campaign. This is a sure and simple way to practice prayer, fasting, and almsgiving as well as a special time to call to mind the Seven Themes of Catholic Social Teaching.  Find more here...

At the moment we are specifically looking for people to help on Sunday Evenings from 4:45-6:15pm. We have to have at least 2 18+ year old / safe environment certified individuals.
